Last year we helped close to 1,200 households
In 2023 we distributed just over $130,000 in donations, while a decline from the COVID years, community generosity allowed us to send out checks of between $90 to $250 to almost 1,200 families and individuals living in Berkeley.

Though modest in denomination, these gifts continue a community tradition of giving that is now well over 100 years old.
Our Community Partners
We rely on our volunteer board and referrals from dedicated folks within social service agencies in our community. Our partners help us identify neighbors who can benefit from our help.
