Mission
For over one hundred years, it has been the mission of the Berkeley Holiday Fund to brighten the holidays for less fortunate Berkeley residents. Serving as a conduit between the generous citizens of Berkeley, the Fund collects donations and distributes those funds to our neighbors in need.
To carry out its mission, the BHF annually solicits contributions from residents of Berkeley, and local social services agencies nominate Berkeley residents who receive a modest check in December.
